DNA Fitness use a mix of training techniques to enable you to improve your performance, well-being and health in a safe and secure environment. Our group coaching ensures our members train and improve together.
This is a metcon workout, utilising barbell, dumbbell, body weight and cardiovascular elements to name a few this will get the heart rate up, muscles pumping and body sweating. Expect to be breathing heavy and endurance pushed.
Ready to be a weekend warrior? Come along to train with your fellow members in a partner or team-based workout. All the elements of our Absolute metcon classes with the added excitement of team training.

Come ready to sweat and then see your coaches 10 minutes before the class. They will let you know how the session will run and what to expect so you can focus on the essentials!

Our philosophy is to provide a training environment and support to our members so they can improve their health, fitness and wellbeing.
For some members this will mean stripping times from workouts or adding kgs to lifts, for others it will be to complete a squat or a clean, or a 2000m row. We will support all of our members, in a safe, ego-free environment where all are welcome.
We believe that in adhering to this philosophy we can support positive changes in our members, and share in their success and improvements as a community.
Through my background in competitive sport, I have always tried to perform at my highest level and have grown into coaching and competing in Crossfit and other functional fitness areas. Throughout my life, no matter what stress and strains I have been under, no matter what changes I am going through, I have always been able to depend on my training as a method to create space, refocus and re-energise, equipping me to tackle anything life throws my way. I now want to help people build training into their lives, so it may help them the way its been able to help me.
After competing in bodybuilding and powerlifting for several years I began to realise the limitations of training in one particular way, and felt that my enjoyment was fading. I was reluctant to try any form of functional fitness, like Crossfit, as it had always seemed intimidating, but after training with Dom, started to understand what it had to offer. Over the last few years I have embarked upon a new training journey, developing my technique as an athlete and a coach. Training this way has made a huge contribution to my life; it has improved my fitness, mobility and wellbeing, and let me achieve things I did not think were possible. I want to share that with members, I want to help them develop and improve, and integrate training into their lives in a way which makes a meaningful, sustained difference.
